You are making it too dificult. Think of it conceptually. All you are doing is tapping into that line to signal your boost gauge. It is a waste of money, but you could put in 5 “T”s if you wanted. Use your brain, and figure out a way to put a “T” in between the green side of the check valve and the left barb. Are you actually standing in front of your car in between any of these convo’s. I think you are underestimating yourself here.

I just did an EGR delete for a friend so I don’t remember exactly where each vacuum line goes, but you should be able to figure out what lines fit by hooking up the boost lines There will be one to the EGR solenoid, EGR transducer and the boost dump solenoid. Double check that though. I have considered doing an egr delete on this car. After seeing how it cleans up the engine i will probably be working on that soon.

The working temperature of your engine is normally kept to an optimum level by the cooling system. But there are occasions when your engine is worked harder and reaches temperatures higher than normal. This can happen, for example, when you are towing a trailer or another vehicle, or if your engine has been tuned for higher performance.
As the temperature of your engine increases, the engine oil becomes thinner and thinner. If the engine is run above normal temperature for a long time, there is a danger that the oil may become so thin that it can no longer lubricate the moving parts of the engine properly. If this happens your engine can become seriously damaged to the point where it has to be stripped and rebuilt or replaced completely.
Special gauge While a water temperature gauge gives a fairly accurate reading of the engine temperature via the cooling system, it does not directly tell you much about the temperature of the engine oil. For this you need a special oil temperature gauge.

Modify Holley or Carburetors for a Blower Application. This is commonly referred to as a “Boost Referenced Power Valve”. On a Model you would be looking at doing both the Primary and the Secondary side. On a model just the Primary side has a Power Valve so that would be the only side done. On the ends of the main body where the Metering Blocks bolt up there needs to be a slot cut to redirect the route for the Power Valve to receive a Vacuum Signal.
The Slot “C” picture 1 that needs to be cut is outlined in Red and needs to be. The idea here is to have just enough angle so that the hole stays under the surface to provide a path for the new vacuum source for the Power Valve.

I had previously installed a VDO boost gauge in a pillar pod, but I really wanted to replace the stock gauge with an aftermarket gauge in the factory location. I purchased a Blitz 43mm gauge, but never got around to tearing up the instrument cluster to put it in. I recommend buying a replacement gauge cluster lens, as they are not very expensive, and it’s likely yours is scratched from constant cleaning.

Pillar is held in place by spring clips. Hold in place with tape or clamps. These will be used to retain the pod onto the pillar cover later on. Usually the most critical gauge is located highest closest to eye level and then the less critical gauges are installed in subsequent lower positions. When you are tuning your vehicle and have installed a turbocharger or supercharger to your application in the quest for more power, you need gauges. Some people take it to the extreme with gauges and pods hanging everywhere. But if your weekend warrior also doubles as a daily driver, these gauges can attract unwarranted attention from the authorities and criminals alike. Pull up on the door panel and remove the plastic push pin that holds the driver side kickpanel in place.
Boost would go up to PSI and EGT up to while climbing up the back of a big swell. My boat is 25´ and loaded about lbs and turning A2 props (which we can reach RPM or slightly better with when loaded this way).
The centre vents seem to be a popular choice. The other side controller wheel controls both the left hand vent and the centre one together. So, prize the centre vents out gently with a screwdriver. Again with your screwdriver, prize out the vent that you want to use. Remove the vertical veins by popping them out of their locator holes. They should come out quite easily with a bit of flexing. Then, use a pair or cutters to gradually snip away at the horizontal veins until you create a hole big enough for your gauge to slide into.
The plastic is very soft and cuts quite easily. The veins are quite wide so I cut from the front and then turned it round and cut from the back also.
